In line with the constant pursuit of the vision, Wonka build a team of optical design, appearance design, structure design, driver development, product certification engineer team, setting up a test center, professional equipments including integral sphere, luminosity meter, salt spray testing machine, constant temperature and humidity testing machine, electric parameters testing equipment, etc.Up to now, we have obtained 83 patents in China and the United States. We are familiar with the standards and requirements of all countries. Our products have passed UL,DLC,FCC,TUV,CE,RoHS and other certifications. Adhere to the original development, and constantly design a product praised by the market, stable performance, excellent market performance for customers to bring huge benefits and confidence, well received by customers.
Manufacturing: To adapt the new development, Wonka made a new plan for the 3800㎡ factory building in 2019. Countless new equipments were added into our workshop. Currently, the production department has Samsung SMT machines, reflow soldering machines, automatic printing machines, laser machines, oil presses, and a number of fully automatic high and low voltage aging lines with a monthly production capacity of up to 200,000PCS(led lamps).
Quality inspection strictly implements IS09001 management process, all products are fully inspected and tested for aging before shipping out, Wonka promise all customers that all products produced by Wonka stand by Wonka’s 3 years warranty (fixtures without luminare inside with 15 years warranty) if failed by quality problems during the specified warranty period. All defected products will be repaired or replaced free of charge if functional damage occurs normally..
Wonka has been focused on the improvement of management capabilities. We obtained the S09001:2008 quality management system certification in July 2013.
